Fitness Friday – Agility Drills, Part 2

Happy Friday, everyone! I hope you’re taking some time to get outside if the weather is nice where you are – it sure is nice here in Saint Paul! If you’re stuck indoors, then grab a couple of tennis balls and give today’s agility routine a try.

This is the second installment in a series of simple agility and coordination videos. If you missed the first one, you can view it here.

Oh, and don’t forget that today is Day 2 of the Spring 20/20 Challenge. If you missed the start of the challenge, it’s no biggie – just pick a different start date and workout on your own for at least 20 minutes every day for 20 straight days.
