April 1st is here, and with it comes the end of the Spring 20/20 Challenge. I got messages from a number of readers on Facebook, telling of their triumphs and struggles. All in all, everyone did very well, and I hope the challenge gave you an extra little incentive to do something active every day.
There will be new challenges ahead, so if you didn’t get in on this one, stay tuned. For the next month, I’ll be busy managing a dietary trial that twenty brave souls have signed up for. At the end of the month, I hope to have gleaned lots of useful data and feedback from the volunteers. My intent is t0 put together a complete product for anyone who wants to learn how to use food to feel better and fuel their lives.
As the weather gets a little warmer, aim to get outdoors and move your body. Go for a walk, pump up the tires in your bicycle, and take the time to smile into the sunshine whenever you can.
